2011 was the best year ever for CenterBank in many ways.

Despite the challenges of the economy, we earned record operating and net profits. Fee income from our growing mortgage business reached an all-time high, and lower deposit costs and better-than-peer asset yields contributed to a good interest margin. Although credit costs are still higher than we expect over the long term, other drivers of earnings are strengthening.

We are pleased to share our progress against the goal of building a relevant, profitable, sound community bank in the Greater Cincinnati market for the year of 2011.
