CenterBank offers a variety of residential mortgage loans to meet your needs, through a staff that has extensive mortgage knowledge and experience. All of our loans offer great rates, low closing costs, and no prepayment penalty. We’re available by appointment on evenings and weekends. As with all of our services, you’ll enjoy personal attention and local processing and underwriting of your loan—that’s all part of our identity as a community bank.
Conventional Financing: Conventional financing is available on both fixed and adjustable rate mortgages, including interest-only loans. Private mortgage insurance (PMI) is required on loans with less than 20% down payment.
FHA, VA, and Rural Housing Loans: CenterBank offers government sponsored loans to help homebuyers find the home loan that’s right for them. Take advantage of low down payment, favorable financing terms and competitive interest rates.
First-Time Homebuyers: We can help you get a customized loan that takes advantage of available first time buyers programs.
The Self-employed: We have financing options for those who don’t meet traditional lending guidelines.
Loans for Construction or Remodel: Whether you want to build your dream home or remodel the one you’re in, CenterBank will work with you and your builder to get the job done.
Home Equity Loans and Second Mortgages: We offer both home equity lines of credit and second mortgages. With our flexible programs, they allow you to purchase what you want- when you want. You may have the ability to borrow up to 90% of the equity in your home. Please consult with your tax advisor to discuss the tax deductibility of the interest paid.
Jumbo and Portfolio Loans: These loans are available to borrowers whose loan amount is higher than conventional loan amounts or are non-conforming loans. CenterBank sets aside a portion of its loan funds to assist buyers in situations that are “make sense” mortgages.
